I'm Kaylie Moon :)

 

I began developing a connection with the plant world at a very young age, and that love and sense of comfort experienced as a child has lead me to the holistic healing path that I am currently exploring. I began studying plant medicine due to an incredibly serendipitous experience with an amazing wise woman in Connecticut back in 2013. By the end of my very first "Introduction to Herbalism" class, I knew that plant medicine was my calling and what I wanted to do with the rest of my life.  

 

Since the beginning of my journey, I have moved to Asheville, NC to study with Corey Pine and the many other amazing teachers at the Blue Ridge School of Herbal Medicine. I dabble a bit in different herbal teachings although my heart tends to lie in western herbalism and plant energetics. 

 

Beyond plant medicine, I also have my reiki level 1 certification, and expect to continue growing in that world in order to offer another modality of healing to those I work with. I also hope to soon begin my studies in holistic nutrition, something else I'm very passionate about. When not making medicine or putting my herbal knowledge to use, I can generally be found on the dancefloor, cooking up some nutritious wonders, hiking, or practicing some sort of active art such as yoga, modeling, or circus arts.  

 

It is important to me to note that I am also LGBQTIA and poly friendly, kink aware, body/sex positive, as well as activist and sex worker friendly.  It is my goal to provide a safe place for everyone, and a discrimination free enviornment.
